Lovely host Clare, would highly recommend and definitely return!

Great location. Good facilities. We had been left some little milk pots and coffee/ tea so we could have a cuppa without having to buy anything, which we didn’t need for just one night. Bed was comfy. Great communication throughout our stay and beforehand.

We personally found it a little bit cold in the evening when we got back from the theatre, but it was a very cold day in general and we wasn’t sure how or if we could put any heating on. (I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’m also really feeling the cold!) I did find the sofa a bit uncomfortable but I have some back issues and it’s very squishy so that’s again more a me problem. Aside from that everything was great, we had been left some little milk pots and coffee/ tea so we could have a cuppa without having to buy anything, which we didn’t need for just one night.

The location was perfect. The flat was super clean, with everything you need. Even down to the little biscuits left for each guest. Good quality clean towels and toiletries left for you.

Nothing is to dislike like. It might been seen as hassle having to find a car park, but it is clearly noted in the description.

Lovely flat, close to attractions.

The owner had messaged with detailed directions (which I forgot about), so used Booking.com's directions and couldn't find the property at first. Recommend that "Woodsmill Quay" is included in the Booking.com's details.

Central location

The rooms are clean, cosy and warm. Very quiet location yet within 5 minute's walk, you can reach the tourist attractions - city wall, Clifford Tower, museums etc.

3 people can't take showers continuously as the electricity hot water tank took time to heat water. At first we didn't realise this. But this can easily be overcome if we planned it better.

Perfect location on riverside.
