I'm a light sleeper.. and the bigger room is righy over the main front door which was slamming a lot through the night..so not much sleep .. I wish I had asked as my friend slept well in the smaller room.

Would recommend new kitchen cloths are provided for each new guest. Personally I wouldn’t want to use clothes used by people I don’t know. Old leather sofa is uncomfortable. It’s definitely seen better days. Would enhance property if it was replaced. The living room set up, as presented in the property photos, is much better than current set up, should more than 2 guests want to watch TV. Bins are emptied on a Wednesday morning around 6am. I appreciate the host has no control over this so just to make future guests aware as this is very noisy.
