Clare was very helpful with instructions on how to find and enter the apartment. The key safe was very easy to use and was easy to locate. We paid for an early check in which she also made easy.

The second bedroom was a little small which I understand can’t be helped. If you are their for a week it may be difficult to store all your luggage in the room but we were only their for two nights so it was fine

Great location, just a few minutes walk from York center and 30 mins walk to York racecourse.

It was a comfortable flat in the middle of the city. The hopes was very helpful and pleasant. I needed some extra pillars and she obliged without any problem. The bed itself was comfortable.

It was excellent value, so hate to mark it down. However, to be fair, the bedroom carpet needs cleaning, and the sofa has probably seen better days. I could hear people walking in the upstairs flat.

Great modern apartment close to York city centre, in a renovated riverside location. Everything we needed for a good stay.
