"Well located, quiet apartment"

The apartment is well located, excellent for exploring York. We went with our son, his partner and young grandson. The apartment was excellent for all of us, open plan and spacious. Both bedrooms had en-suites plus there was an additional toilet. It is on the fourth floor, good lifts to it and it was quiet. Very good communication from Stays York prior to our arrival.

The key safe to access the key and then leave it at the end of the holiday was very low to the floor and not easy to see - a struggle for us grandparents, fortunately more accessible for our younger family members.

"Shambles close"

Perfect location. Short walk to the Shambles. Facilities were really nice.

Couldn't figure out how to work the dishwasher. No instructions provided.

The apartment was very spacious. Two bathrooms were perfect for our family. Big windows gave us a nice breeze. Fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The property is located in very close proximity to all attractions. We were happy and loved everything.
