Out of Office @ Ryedale House

Pleasant, quirky accommodation in a good location.

The additional bed was not suitable for purpose, it was not a "sofa bed" as described but a rock hard, bowed futon - there was no way anyone could sleep on it. There was a foldable camp bed but it had springs missing and no mattress! Hugely disappointing considering this additional "sofa bed" was the reason that we had chosen this accommodation. The dishwasher had not been emptied and there was a mug in the cupboard with lipstick on it!

Excellent base for visiting York . We have just returned and tried to rebook for Xmas but unfortunately it was fully booked. Very spacious, clean, with free parking . Good local shops .

Only minor considerations: some of the glasses and cups, cutlery wasn’t clean. Possibly maybe having one of the rooms with two single beds, but that’s just a personal preference , with having two children.

Location great lovely apartment once you have the keys it’s easy to get in and out the building for you to come and go as you please we had a fantastic weekend at Ryedale house

Could have been cleaned a little better dust on light over table showers screens and tiles need cleaning better,light had come down behind toilet, leak on toilet, table could have done with 5 chairs as one of us had to sit at the settee for a meal. just little this that need to be sorted and it would be perfect

Great location, lovely decor and comfortable

The property was excellent, lots of space and well maintained. The location was perfect for walking into the city.

The only issue we had was locating the key safe but managed to get help from another resident.

Kitchen was not as clean as I would expect.Tea towel was very smelly sink dirty hair on carpet in bedroom 2

Absolutely beautiful. Loved the interior design of the building itself and the interior of the apartment ❤️ Location and parking brilliant

The rubbish chute wasn’t working so we had to take our rubbish down and leave it for the concierge to deal with 😩
