"Belle prestation"

La localisation, au cœur d Alvor.. La grandeur des pièces, le confort et la propreté.. La sécurisation des locaux. La place de parking , ce qui à Alvor est un plus.

La localisation également....avec la terrasse donnant directement sur la rue...La seconde terrasse est moins exposée au bruit de la rue mais souvent à l ombre, sans doute, un plus en été mais pas en hiver.

"Overall great stay for the purpose of the visit."

We were staying there for the MotoGP, this was an ideal location, easy route to circuit and back and good distance from restaurants in the evening. Large and spacious for a family of four adults and excellent value for money.

The property is directly on the road which is a busy road and the noise can be heard easily, imagine in the height of season this is also worse with many people too. Also note to owner the toilet in the en-suite continually leaks with a water running sound, very annoying to hear all night long.

Only 2 bathrooms and as we are 3 couples wanted seperate bathrooms we comented to booking.com and were moved thr next day

"Perfect location but very noisy."

Very friendly host.

Traffic noise was really really bad. I found it hard to sleep at night. You couldn't talk at night on the balcony because of the noise. A really nice place to stay but I couldn't stay again because of the traffic.

"Rera Alvor residence apts"

The apartment was everything we expected. It was clean, and the location was fabulous . We have been going to Alvor for many years, and this is definitely one of the best. There is plenty of room for the perfect stay. The washing machine is a great addition that allowed us to travel a little lighter . The pool is great, and the courtyard was great for just chilling . We will defo be back.

One very small thing, maybe some door hooks for coats and to hang towels and a dresser in at least 2 bedrooms with a mirror for the girls to use .
