Rera Alvor Deluxe Apartments

Contacted 30 mins before taxi arrived in Alvor, person met us a the location to let us in.

Some noise from the from the front road, we sat out the rear which was perfect.

Location, space big rooms, Modern fittings

Lack of a cleaner, apartment needed to be cleaned by us, floors dusty, cobwebs on top off air con unit in lounge, only 1 set of towels pair couple, so we had to wash them. Also if the other couple had come with us as arranged, there would not have been enough outside furniture for all of us. The apartment would be a lovely place for us to revisit if theses issues where looked into. It would then be a wonderful place to stay.

It is a lovely modern apartment outside the main centre of Alvor, with good family run restaurants and bars nearby. The pool was small but on occasions we were the only people using it.

With the location bring near to a roundabout you do get traffic noise and occasionally the sound of a vehicle going over a loose grid on the road was annoying. Fire extinguisher need replacing and a very minor things like the push button plugs in the bathrooms need replacing.

We've been going to Alvor over 15 years and this is the nicest apartment we've stayed in. It was a lovely spacious apartment and had everything we needed in it.The best thing it was so central which is.a bonus if you have teenage kids 😁 If we needed anything at all the owners were only a text or phone call away and answered straight away.. had a great holiday 🥰

The noise of the traffic made it very difficult to sleep. This was only downside of our stay. For this reason only I am unlikely to book again

We booked both apartments and they are spacious, spotless and have everything you need. The air-con was a bonus on the hot days. The pool is small but perfect for small groups and the neighbours are nice. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants on the doorstop. Its a 5 minute walk to the harbour and 10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts are very good at communication and I had all the information required before we left for our stay. I would thoroughly recommend the apartments if you are thinking of travelling to Alvor.
