Great modern apartment. It is a 30 minute walk to the city centre and it has a lovely big shopping mall close by. The apartment is well connected in terms of public transport ( 20 min bus ride to the airport). The house comes fully equipped. The host was really accommodating and gave us a high chair that we could use during our stay.

There are 2 things which in our opinion could be improved. -Collection of the keys. Although the instructions shared by the host were really clear it is a bit far from the flat and in an abandoned lot, which felt a bit dangerous. - The building has a lift which is great but you still have to go up a short flight of stairs which is not ideal if travelling with a pram, wheelchair, etc. There is a wheelchair lift for these first few stairs, but we were not provided with the key for it.

This apartment is new, bright, clean and had everything I needed for 4 nights. The old town is about 30-40 mins walk, or the bus stop is 5 minutes away. There is also a large mall very close and, of course, the arena is nearby too. It was pretty good value compared to other places in the city. It was also nice and quiet.

I didn't like having to collect the keys at a separate location. The lock box was next to a large abandoned building and not well lit. As my flight was late, I had to collect the keys in the dark, which was a bit sketchy. Fortunately, the lock box is only about a 3 minute walk from the apartment entrance. I saw a discarded needle in the same area the day after and I read that the abandoned building is home to a group of hobos. If you're checking in during the day, it's completely fine. As a solo female traveller, I didn't feel 100% safe at night.

As we stayed in an apartment there was a well equipped facility for cooking . The location was quiet and we got a good nights sleep .

Better rubbish sorting bins and a facility at the basement to leave the waste . There was very little to not like about this apartment .

The property is in an excellent location for visiting Bratislava. The fresh market and outdoor markets are close as are local supermarkets and shopping centres. The old town is also easily accessible by tram. The apartment is comfortable and clean and contains all the amenities needed.

Check in and check out times. The apartment cannot be checked in before 4pm and check out is at 10am. I understand this is for cleaning purposes but the timings can be very inconvenient and before being able to pick up the keys (or after returning the keys) there is nowhere to leave your luggage.
