Friendly hosts, very clean apartment.

It's a nice newly built apartman building, very close to the Tipos Arena - which was my main consideration this time. Lots of bus and tram lines within a few minutes walk. Great breakfast opportunities also nearby as well as grochery-shop opportunities. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything. Even has a capsule coffee machine :)

The key-safe was a bit hard to open at first and for me the sleeping blanket was a bit thin. But that's all the negative feedback I can give which means it's a great place.

It is a small but very cosy and clean apartment in a perfect location,close to the shopping centre and very easy access to the centre and its tourist attractions.

Small and not really comfortable sofa in the living room otherwise everything was great☺️ Thank you.

Clean and comfortable flat. The staff was helpful, I forgot my phone plug and they've arrange it for me the next day. The Central mall and supermarkets aren't far away, about 10mins by walk.

Would be good to place the lockbox closer to the apartment. Currently it's about 5-7 mins by walk and it's situated in a very strange and filthy place. Also, the couch was a bit dirty (probably after the previous guess) when i arrived.

I liked nothing

First of all the key was on a dirty wall and we had to step on mud and human filth to get close! One week ago we asked for earlier check in before 16:00 but they gave us 30 minutes ( we didn’t accepted as mockery) The worst was that the apartment was very cold! The radiator in the room was on only for 2-3 hours during the day but very low, to 19 C. Outside, was freezing cold( -2)! The duvet on the bed was for the summer, not for winter. We asked for a second one but they wanted to give us the next day ❄️ after 24 hours or to charge us 20 euros if they supplied us with the duvet for the same night 🥶! So we went to the next mall and bought one! The radiator in the bathroom never worked during our staying, so it was dysfunctional for us having a bath on this low temperature! Their audacity was that the day after check out , they messaged us, to contact them first, before our review on booking.com in case we have complaints!😡 I kept all the messages we exchanged for proof of their behaviors!

difficult access to keys upon arrival

The appartmentvis fully furnished and equipped with all you may need to feel comfortable as at home. It is located in the new building in close proximity to the historical center.

Amazing time and cozy apartment. If you are traveling with a Friend or family, it's the best. Netflix, and everything else. 24hrs Mini market downstairs so no problem at all. Only you must be interested in walking 20min to the centre which is worth it for this apartment.. I like walking and the surroundings are quiet and green while the touristic crowd on foot or bolt scooter or tram.

When we expanded the couch, it became a bit harder to sleep on the head side. Maybe an extra mattress would help?
