First and foremost it's Marta, our host, who did fantastic job to help us enjoying our visit to Avila. She not only met us and showed around, but helped to park the car and gave us all important information on the tourist attractions of Avila. The apartment is big, clean and very well maintained. It has everything could possibly need, even 3 volumes of "History of Avila". The terrace is a great place for the breakfast or for the late afternoon wine sipping.

We had the most incredible stay at this apartment in Ávila! From the moment we arrived, our hostess was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her hospitality truly made all the difference. The apartment itself was absolutely faultless—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything a family could need. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the charm and history of Ávila with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay in this wonderful city!

Martha, the owner, is fabulous. So friendly and helpful. The apartment is really cosy with a huge flatscreen TV which was exactly what we were looking for as we were watching the Arsenal game and the Usyk v Fury fight that night. The apartment is perfectly located for all the sights, shops and grocery stores; all of which you can reach within a few minutes walk - you won’t need your car at all. The beds are super comfortable and there is a gorgeous balcony area with table and chairs and fantastic views of part of the city and mountains in the distance. We would definitely stay there again. 10/10

A very comfortable apartment, conveniently located about 500 meters from the Avila City walls, restaurants and attractions. The host, Martha, was extremely helpful in guiding us during our short duration stay. The apartment we stayed in was quite large with three nicely sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, nicely lighted rooms which can be shot down from outdoor light. The kitchen is well equipped and so are the two bathrooms and the living room. We were allowed a secure parking space within the building structure which was included in our rate. We’ll come back with friends or family. The place can easily accommodate 6 persons, at an added cost.

Enjoyed every single bit of it…

Greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including a selection of small breakfast items, coffee, and milk. Although we only had a weekend getaway, the unit is well equipped for longer stays. The kitchen was a good size. Although we weren't there to watch TV, the TV was huge! And all the streaming services were available. Wifi was great and easy to connect to. The bed linen was fantastic, high thread count and very soft cotton. Everyone had a great sleep and it was easy to regulate the temperature between the central heating and windows. Two bathrooms were super-convenient. Hot water and water pressure were fantastic. The patio or terrace is to-die-for. There is ample seating, and it's protected and gets lots of sun. The view over the Sierra de Gredos at morning and evening is incredible.

When we arrived we were met by Marta (the host) who showed us to the secure parking, ideal for our motorbikes. After showing us the accommodation she also helped with booking a table at a great little restaurant. The location is amazing for access to the walled town.

It was a clean, big and nice place with parking, very polite lady was waiting for us and answered all the questions. I can recommend!

Perfect location to visit the old town, there's even a flight of escalators 100 yards or so away that take you up to the town! Marta was great on arrival, recommended and booked for us a restaurant (in the Palace gardens which was fab) and my granddaughters loved using the swimming pool on site. Definitely coming back, but staying longer next time.
