Very comfortable apartment and most friendly proprietor

Location was excellent, host was very flexible to meet at the apartment for parking and handover of keys etc

Perfect location and lovely flat with additional details completely unexpected such as fresh milk, coffee and orange juice. We had a car so was great to have a parking space . Marta is wonderful and she made a reservation for us at Rincón del Jabugo which was excellent. Then recommended a restaurant for breakfast and booked a Tuk tuk for a speedy tour, she booked everything for us. Would 100% recommend Marta’s place and would most definitely return !

Possibly the best apartment we have ever rented. It is huge, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably and stylishly furnished and filled with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay, including provisions to start you off. We had an extremely warm welcome. Positive points: lift, huge TV screen with streaming services, superb roof terrace with a great view of misty mountains, ideal for taking your meals. If we ever return to the beautiful city of Avila we will definitely stay here again.

It is at a great location, 5 mins away from the escalator leading to the fort area. The owner has been extremely kind and helpful. She has great connections, offering some discounts at some places. Also recommended us a great restaurant close by (Restaurante El Rincón de Jabugo). The apartment is lovely. Has 3 bedrooms (two with 2 beds and one with a double. There is also 2 bathroom woth showers, a kitchen and a living room area. There is also a lovely balcony with great view of the city. They granted us parking in their garage, which was great help. Definitely recommended!
