peaceful and tranquil location. gorgeous surroundings. a very special place. enjoyed looking around the farm and seeing the animals (geese, chickens, rabbits) and wild animals too. we truly relaxed here and felt very privileged to be able to stay. lovely hosts who were very welcoming and gave us lots of great tips. breakfast was perfect: fresh warm bread, homemade jams, fruit salad and eggs etc. also really enjoyed a very good dinner. otherwise we cooked for ourselves at the cottage. the cottage we stayed in had everything we needed and was exceptional value for money. great shower, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. we wanted to stay longer and will definitely be back. really special. the perfect base to explore the cinque terre and it was so good to be able to go back to the peace and relaxation after a day of driving along the coast.

combination of no Wi-Fi or phone signal made communication and planning a little difficult. we enjoyed embracing the lifestyle and not needing to be connected but it caught us out a couple of times. though you can get signal up at the main house so not a major issue at all.

Everything has been great, beautiful location within the 5 terre national park, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, great facilities.

Everything was great

We camped here for several nights and fell in love with the almost jungle-like, incredibly green and mountainous hinterlands of Liguria. The owners are hard-working people who take their food seriously. They make things like green tomato and ginger jam which was very to my liking. The dinner we had, from deep-fried cauliflower and rosemary beignets to local pasta with a walnut sauce and slow-cooked chicken thighs in ginger, carrot and onion, was delicious. The only downside were our really noisy neighbours with really unruly kids who didn't think it necessary to take any heed of their fellow-campers and the fact that everybody there had gone to a small, tranquil and far from-the-inhabited-world campsite for a reason. Because of them, our stay was far from tranquil and that was a shame.

We spent 1 night with family of 4 children and everyone loved it. Everyting is made to make you feel at home : warm welcome, simple and local good food (dinner and breakfast), rooms furnished with rustic furniture, peaceful, surrounded by nature. And the mot of the visit: the amazing collection of vinyls (60/70/80's)... a place where you would like to stay longer.

I stayed here on holiday for a week and it was wonderful! Very good food, nature all around, smiles and kindness and with 20 minutes by car you can reach 5 lands, Deiva and Framura with a beautiful sea!!!!! You have to try!!!!!

I've been camping a few day, and was very satisfied by the place, the friendly welcome and the unusual level of confort of a countryside camping: big common refrigerators, enough electric sockets for your smartphones, wifi in the camp, all without sacrifying the wilderness side of the camping. In the other side, the restaurant is great, tasty, abundant (even a little too much), generous, and open to vegetarians, vegans and people subject to intolerances. A place for rest for everybody!

Want a change from the standard hotel holiday? Well if you go to Ca Du Chittu you are in for a real treat - this is a farm stay so don't expect a 4 star hotel, the accommodation is either in bedrooms or apartment or a camp site with all you really need. The roads to to the property are winding and rural as are most of the roads in the area. The philosophy is zero miles food, so what they grown they cook and serve and once you have eaten there in the evening their is simply no choice of eating anywhere else. The four course evening meal with wine and liqueurs is something not to be missed (no real menu choice, they cook it, you eat it!) The host family are very friendly and hard working and cannot do enough to meet your needs The WiFi can be very fast both in the apartments and the campsite Plenty of lovely places to explore in this rural area and some very pretty seaside resorts about 30 minutes drive away (a car is essential)

We 'only' had dinner at this wonderful Agriturismo as we were staying somewhere else. What a great dinner it was! Authentic, fresh, plentiful, good value for money and all served by a friendly and informative host. A lovely experience all round. Can highly recommend!
