Lovely Apartment Old Town

La ubicacion muy buena, cerca de todo. Isabel que nos entregó las llaves del piso fue muy amable.

Hacia mucho calor y el aire del comedor no enfría lo suficiente, faltan tazas para desayunar y la cama no me pareció realmente comoda.

This is a stylish modern apartment with really nice fittings. The two bathrooms were really useful for a family. Comfortable beds, 3 balconies. Plenty of kitchenware provided. Aircon is very effective and easy to control unlike some other properties. Excellent location in the old town with a view of the castle and a 2 min walk from a pretty street with a large variety of decent restaurants. Supermarket on adjacent block. Isabel is a friendly host and we got by just fine with a bit of help from Google translate.

Not a criticism of the apartment but while we were there, the underground bins on the street were being emptied during the night, which was quite noisy. Slept fine with ear plugs though.

Central, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Air conditioning was brilliant and kitchen was really well equipped e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. Showers excellent with lots of hot water. Highly recommended.

Access to apartment problematic if your flight arrives late at night (after 11pm) you have to get the keys from owner. We had to book a hotel on our first night!

Loved the balconies. Lounge looked a bit dark but bedrooms lovely. Could have done with double bed in third bedroom instead of sofa bed. Bathrooms good size

Liked everything apart from the cooker

A lovely stylish property with everything you need. Great location, able to walk to the old town, the castle and the beach. It was immaculately clean and a balcony from every room with lovely views was wonderful. Our host Isabel was super nice.

It could be noisy with bin collection every night at 1am and noise from the flat above some evenings - though if you’re used to noise at night it’s not too bad. Take earplugs…. Once I got earplugs I could sleep better.

There were two bathrooms, air con, and a lovely kitchen. All the bedrooms had a balcony.

Very spacious, excellent location just off calle Loreto which takes you into the very heart of Denia. There's a couple public car parks right downstairs but very though to find a spot anywhere (this is just Dénia)

Rubbish collection at around 1am most of the days, literally right downstairs is incredibly noisy and would religiously wake up our sleeping baby. Very dark living room and dining area, truly needs a couple lamps added. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, we didn't check and made it work with a baby and a toddler but make sure you are aware as it can get tough.

Good but noisy being in centre

Too noisy
