Lovely Apartment Old Town

Location and size

Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Shower trap blocked and no action was taken by the owner when it was reported. Towels were hard and poor quality - they need to be replaced. Dirty dishes and burned pots not acceptable to leave for use. Dirty cleaning items such as sponges & dishcloths not acceptable. Almost empty bottles of cheap body-wash left in bathroom/ should be disposed before new guests. Old and broken clothes pegs need to be replaced. Hairdryer missing filter mesh and unsafe to use. Strong odour when dishwasher is operating- once again needs to be cleaned. Mould of bathroom ceilings needs to be cleaned. The apartment was very dusty and you could write your name on the mirrors. Overall lack of cleanliness is a big issue.

A spacious and comfortable apartment close to the old town’s centre.

On the third floor with no lift! Having said that it was good exercise to keep us fit!

Superb, comfortable stay in Denia. Great location for the restaurants, castle and shops, and the tram and Alsa bus for day trips to Calp and Gandia. Very nice and cool bedrooms, lots of space and great living and kitchen area. It was a pleasure to stay here, and easy to access help when needed.

Nothing to dislike, but there is no lift, which is fine if you have light luggage or minimum.shopping to carry up the stairs. We had no issues.

Great apartment with plenty of space for everyone. Great location. Very nice! Annual is very helpful and we enjoyed our stay here.

No air conditioning in 2 out of 3 bedrooms.

Light, bright, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely balconies, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Great location in the old town. Felt homely and welcoming. Thank you!
