Proximity to the beach

Across the street from a very loud beach club even with windows closed, almost all the usb ports did not work consistently (plugs were not snug so charging kept stopping), 1 of the 2 outlets in the bathroom did not work.

We waren met onze hond en hebben het appartement op de beneden verdieping gehuurd, echt ideaal. Je zit letterlijk op het strand. Het was er nu super rustig, zalige wandelingen met de hond op het strand gedaan. Aanrader

It was very convenient both coming from the airport & getting to the cruise terminal, without staying in the city. It’s compact but well equipped & great for the beach access. Would highly recommend this apartment!

We were lucky, the apartment was on the second floor and had a beautiful sea view from the balcony! We found a place just steps from the sea, just like we'd dreamed of, and a big plus is that it's dog-friendly. It was a bit pricey for us, but we were happy with everything! Ramon (nice looking men!) met us, showed us our parking space, and gave us a set of keys: a key for the gate to enter and exit the hotel grounds, a key for the apartment, and a key for the gate leading to the beach. The air conditioning in the apartment is very quiet and works well. There's good internet access and good lighting in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there's no freezer in the refrigerator. The balcony and windows have blinds. The bed is comfortable, with a 155cm wide mattress. The beach is clean. I didn't like that some women were stripping naked on the beach. This isn't a nudist beach; there should be strict rules and fines for those who do this! I wouldn't want my teenage grandson looking at these shameless women!

The apartment needs some renovations. My advice to the owner is to replace the furniture on the balcony with something more comfortable. And it would be a good idea to have a refrigerator with a freezer to store ice cream.

We werden goed ontvangen door de host. Het appartement is klein maar werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en aangenaam ingericht en op goed berijdbare afstand tot Barcelona. Locatie aan het strand is top met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Airco en zwembad gaven ook verkoeling in het warme weer. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken: wasmachine, vaatwasser, regendouche, volledig uitgeruste keuken, zelfs strandlakens, strandstoeltjes en parasol. Heerlijk voor onze vakantie.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand. Man geht aus der Tür raus und ist bereits am Strand. Einkaufsmögichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar

Die Toilette hat über die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer nicht funktioniert. Der Gastgeber war 2 Mal mit seiner Ehefrau vor Ort und haben versucht es zu reparieren, kein einziges Mal hat er Proffessionelle Hilfe genommen. Nach dem 2. erfolglosen Versuch hat er uns einen Eimer dahin gestellt und nur Sorry gesagt. Die Fernbedienung für die Ausfahrt hat nicht funktioniert, wir musste Nachbarn fragen, ob sie für uns das Tor öffnen können, damit wir rauskommen. Dieser wurde vom Hausbesitzer ausgetauscht. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz (wo ich parken durfte) war auf einmal nicht mehr da (Stellplatznummer verschwunden) und ein anderes Auto parkte dort. Der Hausbesitzer war freundlich, aber nicht einsichtig - die Bewertungen (auch auf anderen Portalen) haben wir leider zu spät gelesen, sonst hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich sagen, dass man viel Gedult mitbringen muss, mit diesem Gastgeber, der während des Aufenthaltes des Gastes sich um seine Unterkunft kümmert. Und wenn etwas nicht klappt, dann einfach "sorry"!

If you see this property available, grab it immediately! This is one of the best places we have stayed as a family. So close to the beach, you don't need to bring anything with you to the shore. Because the apartment is just a two minute walk away! They had everything set up for a nice and cosy stay. All your needs are covered here. Toiletry, coffee, towels, beach towels, everything is included for your enjoyment. The owner was so kind with us, making sure we got everything we needed and he even booked us the taxi back to the airport.

Ramón is an excellent host, very kind and helpful, we came by car and had plans to leave around 12:30 and the check out was at 11h. He allowed us to leave the car in the parking so that we won't have to pay the outside parking in the street.Very kind of him.

Everything was excellent, the apartment had even beach towels, which we have never found in any other airbnb. The only thing that could be improved is the matrress. But the rest, impeccable!
