Couldn't find anything not to like, location. Roberto provided, toiletries, cold drinks coffee,tea,snacks,brollies colour coded to the radiators and trims, the list is too long.

Not one thing.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful and classic apartment and Roberto the host was gracious and very helpful. Sent us to a restaurant where we had one of the best meals ever.

A fantastically located apartment, in a tenement house that takes your breath away - a wonderful courtyard with columns and a fountain. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Perfect location - the heart of the city, close to everything on foot, and at the same time the area is quiet and safe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, but I don't think anyone is "crazy" enough to cook for themselves when there are so many wonderful places around with the best Italian and Ligurian cuisine :) The host was very nice, open and extremely hospitable, he agreed to arrive after the time specified in the description and to leave the luggage until departure. He takes care of every detail in the apartment and makes the guests feel really comfortable.

The only drawback is the poor internet connection, it's probably hard to find a good network in these beautiful, thick walls. If you need to do some business matters during your stay - it's better to go to a cafe with WiFi.

Superb location. Amazing host. All things you might need were ready. Apartment is in the nice safe location. 2 wine locations less than a minute away. Building is old, has Medici vibe with water fountain in the inner garden/corridor/hallway. Quiet during the night. Super cute and lively during the day, when shops and coffees open.

All was good. Just the mosquitoes, haha. But we forgot to use the repellent. It was provided by the host.

The most beautiful and best equipped property we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Great location & wonderful host.

It was perfect

Roberto's exceptional hosting. He went the extra mile to wait for us and show us into our apartment, and settle us in. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need, and more. Great amount of space, plus the shower and bed were great. The entrance to the property is very attractive too. A very quick walk to the Piazza de Ferrari. We wished we could stay longer!

warm welcome, super tidy and clean place. Enterance was look like a palace! Every details were thought : fridge was full (not only water)!. For breakfast, there were different options including bread and jam. Several different teas, coffee machine.. Great big bath and USB charges even on the table lamps. I really don't know how to explain and write all details here. This is not bot review, it is real.. I stayed there and I think I am so lucky to rent this place. Thank you Roberto :)

Roberto was an excellent host! The amenities of the room was much more than we expected, especially the kitchen is fully equiped! The location is perfect for exploring the city centre of Genova! The building is a monument by itself!

There is a sofa that becomes bed for two people and it would be better to be replaced by a double bed and so the room would be absolutely amazing!
