Very nice apartment with good facilities. Close to the interesting parts of the town. Someway from the station. Owner is in the shop nextdoor.

Bit difficult to find as booking.com listed address as 30, but it has 50 on the door. Would have been better if it had a couple of comfortable chairs.

"Centrally located where you can live like a local"

The apartment is located in the center of a historical district but also close to a lot of different neighborhoods. It is also equidistant between two main train stations. Moreover, it is good to have a place where you can live more like a local, shop for, and cook your own meals. It is also in a historic building where you are treated to a magnificent lobby every time you enter or leave.
