Balcone vista mare non fruibile e più che sul mare dava all'interno di uno spazio del porto adibito a manutenzione, con forte e nauseante puzza di gasolio. Lo stesso balcone è rientrato e serve per lo scarico dei condizionatori. Non ho usato cucina o altro che sembrano comunque nuovi, ci ho solo dormito e usato bagno. Parcheggio all'aperto costoso ma comodo anche se poco sicuro, come tutta la zona, in quanto all'aperto e non custodito; ti raccomandano di non lasciare nulla all'interno neanche monetine. Rapporto qualità/prezzo sfavorevole.

I liked the location and the balcony.

The organisation with the keys and the entry into the room. We arrived before 3 o'clock and we needed one hour to get into the room. The all thing with getting the keys, along from a secret location, descriptions over videos for the apartment door and opening the door, at the hot weather, was like playing escape room in a hot room, wanting to rest.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, fabulous balcony

Nothing.. loved it.. the key system is tricky to set up, u need to call the office and Francesca talked me through it, once u set that up it’s easy .. 2 sets of keys would have been handy so we could have one each to come n go but it wasn’t a big deal

Great location.

Außergewöhnliche Lage am alten Hafen von Genua unmittelbar neben dem Galata Maritime Museum. Gastronomie für alle Mahlzeiten (inklusive Frühstück) direkt vor Ort. Sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen, ist das Mitbuchen des Parkplatzes ein Must (Parken sonst in Genua sehr schwierig bis unmöglich). Die Wohnung selbst praktisch und als Ausgangspunkt um Genua zu entdecken ideal.

Die WhatsApp Erklärungen und Videos zum Einchecken etwas kompliziert, könnten erleichtert und verständlicher gemacht werden.

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, dotato di tutte le comodità.

Un po' complicata la logistica, entrare e uscire se ti si scarica il cellulare è impossibile.
