Exceptional location and beautiful apartment. Such a wonderful stay at a reasonable price. Close to shops and station. Host was magnificent.

Bathroom tiles are a bit grubby, apartment description on booking.com said toiletries were provided but there was only handwash and shampoo. Kitchen needs a tea towel and some kitchen roll and an electric kettle.

Location…easy walking to the ferries and boat and bus tours. Good restaurants and bar on the ground floor.. Beautiful appointed apartment. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Host were very responsive to our needs.

Great view of the city, it is worth it. Close to old harbour too, where you can find some nice street food places.

Perfect location in a great setting. Walking distance to main areas. Spacious apartment with multiple air conditioning units. A dishwasher would have made it even better.

Clear information about tourist tax to pay. Rubbish removal should be included in cleaning rather than taking out yourself (unless it needs emptying during your stay).

During the reservation, I asked for a baby crib, and I asked again one day before. When I arrived, there was a regular bed instead of the baby crib. After many calls and messages to convince the owner that I really needed a crib and it would be impossible for my daughter to sleep in a bed for safety reasons, someone arrived with a crib and installed it after 4 hours. In the next day, someone broke the glass of my car and stole my belongings in the private parking that the owner offered by 20 euros a day. When I asked for help, she said that she could not do anything. Then, I contacted the platform to solve this problem, and she said that my car was not parked in her parking spot. To conclude, my vacations were a nightmare because of all these problems. My family lost their vacations there.
