Communication with the host was excellent and check in was so easy with all the information provided prior to arriving. The place was spacious with everything exactly as the photos and description suggested. The place felt safe and sitting on the balcony was fantastic when live music was playing from the boat restaurant across the water on the Saturday and Sunday night. Only a 10-15 min walk from the main station, with all amenities within walking distance, this place was a good place to stay in Genoa.

The communal garbage area was our only thing we didnt like due to the smell, but it would not stop us from booking this place again.

We arrived in Genoa with very short notice booking the apartment the owner was most helpful even booking a taxi the next morning for an early departure. It was a wonderful location overlooking the harbour and moored boats. We were able to eat at a restaurant on the wharf below the apartment and it was a very delicious meal . The apartment was sparkling clean and modern.

Only wish we were able to stay longer.

Beautiful views from our room. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Our Host was amazing, she is what makes the stay extra special, so helpful.

The driveway down is very steep but ample parking at the bottom.

The master bed was comfortable

1. The host was not clear on parking being paid in cash, then made a problem of it after when i offered to pay via venmo or other means. we paid the visa payments as requested in cash although paid more in Genoa then other places in Italy, it would have been easy to pay both at once in cash had we known. 2. Getting to the facility was difficult and although video instructions were sent they were still not clear nor was it stated to watch prior to arrival. We were driving in a car when we received them and never had a connection to watchtower until we arrived. 3. We could not get into the apartment, the door and lock were stuck. We followed the instructions provided clearly even sent a video of us doing these instructions to the host. The host was abrasive and rude when we explained we couldn't get in. We did a live call with the host showing her we were following instructions and she continued to be rude and short with us when we were just trying to get into the apartment. In the end the door was double locked and we were not doing anything incorrectly

The location was superb and the beds were amazing. The staff were prompt in replying and fabulous

Loved everything about this property. Great location. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy a coffee in the morning. Self check in made perfect by the staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was super comfortable!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic view. Clean and well equipped apartment. Easy check in & out. Comfortable rooms & beds. Two big bathrooms and well maintained. The location is very close to the historical city and easy access to the metro station. Plus basically you are in/near Porto Antico of Genova.
