It was in an amazing position and our every need was considered. There were so many thoughtful, little touches that went beyond the norm.

I can find no fault with this property

It was an efficiency apartment, well equipped.

Parking was an adventure, thankfully Enrico met us and led us to the destination!

Excellent location, well equipped and clean apartment, warm welcome (including a fullly grown basil plant and a bottle of prosecco), near a metro station, quiet.

Giuseppe met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. He ran through all the apartment had to offer and sent us a list of things to do in Genoa. The apartment was well located and very comfortable.

We were warned about the scaffolding around the building before we got to the property so it wasn't a surprise but it was a shame we didn't see the building in its best light.

The host welcomed us personally to the accommodation and gave us plenty of recommendations on what to do/where to eat in Genoa. All the places we visited thanks to him were amazing. The accommodation facilities were above standard and very comfortable.

Fabulous location on the waterfront, across the road from the old town with access to the main attractions. Enrico was absolutely amazing and offered us excellent local recommendations that we had not uncovered in our own research. The apartment had everything we needed. It is a bedsit apartment, with a pull-down bed, which operated easily when not in use.

Great location - very responsive host. The apartment is small but well maintained and includes all necessary features. We were starting a cruise from MSC after check out and it was a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the cruise terminal - easy to wheel suitcases.

Location fantastic, many restaurants nearby, and right on the waterfront. Superb unit, safe and the owners happy to help. Even picked us up at the train station! Would love to stay here again. Everyhing included in the unit one could want.

The bed was fold up, not a problem really but gives more space.

The location was right in the heart of the old port which was a wonderful base to explore from. Also the host provided us all the insider tips to make the most of our stay.

There was some external building renovations going on which impacted privacy. Tradesmen we’re walking past the window all day.
