Close to the metro : you can go anywhere easily

It was humid for some reason. It can be annoying in hotter weather. It is on the ground floor.

I liked the fact that it was close to the city center, we had everything we needed (hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack and so on) and was pretty decorated too. It was a good find for the money we've spent.

It was a bit small, but it didn't bother us that much. Also, some of the dishes had to be washed before use as they were not clean.

Pretty convenient location, near to a shop and nice to walk around, had all the facilities we needed and washing machine for clothes

No wifi throughout our stay, weren’t informed that the metro would be shut on the day that we arrived, couldn’t really see the sea, and only a fan made it quite warm

A modern apartment in and older area of Genoa. Close to public transport.

Very difficult to find when we arrived. It is on a hill so we had to drag our suitcases up the hill to get to the train station when we left.

Location is ok since it’s right in the city centre

Very small, super humid(signs of mold on the walls), the windows do not guarantee any level of privacy. There is no air conditioning, just a tiny cheap fan, which means you’re forced to keep the windows open at all time. There is a big wardrobe but you can’t use it because it’s filled with bed sheets and other things probably used by the cleaner. There is also a big chest of draws, but again, you can’t use it because it’s filled with stuffs from the owner. The bathroom is small with a triangle mirror that, if you stand up, you can’t use. The shower door doesn’t close properly so every time you take a shower you risk to create a lake on the floor. They charged us €10 for towels which is extremely ridiculous since it’s the minimum offered by any bnb. On top of everything, the first night there was no wifi and we had to use our own hotspot. ps: before we arrived they told us we had to pay €20 extra because nobody could be there in the bnb at our estimated time of arrival. We were expecting the keys to be placed in a secure box with some sort of access code etc…instead we found the keys hidden in the gas box outside the flat
