"Horrible experience!! Don’t recommend"

The ONLY thing I liked was the location

I will NEVER stay here again! This place has been a pure disappointment since I’ve gotten here. Just to give you an idea of the things I went through: - someone fiddling and grabbing the windows around 12:30am which I notified the host about. - the host brought someone over to adjust the heat in the room for me, and the 1st thing he is going to argue with me about is the fact that it is NOT cold in the house when it’s clearly cold to me. - outside cold air rushing through an open small door inside the house!! I told the person who was assisting me with the heat about it, he sends another guy in to tape it up, when he gets here he’s gone ask me about my wife!! Now I’m so confused and skeptical of the whole situation. - THE BED WAS HARD!!! - I WAS TIMID TO USE ANY OF THE KITCHEN UTENSILS & the IRONING BOARD ***** LAST BUT NOT LEAST !!! ****** Someone came to my door around 0900 and started to open my door!!! I went to the door and talked to the guy and he showed me the key he was provided could open my door…I had to show the individual that I had the room reserved until the 21st. THIS HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Apartment was very clean and well equiped, more than needed for a short stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, letting us use their facilities to store our luggage while we explored around.

Cute Studio, good for one person.

Lumpy sofa bed No sea view Slow to respond Difficulty in getting suitcase up the rough cobblestone/brick walkway or very steep stairs.

"Nice apartment in the old city, with good transportation access."

Good location in the old city, close to many sightseeing and also to metro station. Park and training grounds nearby. Apartment fully equipped and spacious. Good water-heater, you can use really warm water if you wish! Good mattress on the bed. Easy check-in and check-out.

Smell of cigarettes in the property.

"Not super but not bad."

Good location, near metro station to get to the city center fast. Near some restaurants, bars. In 100m is Marina park what is important in Genova.

The studio itself is not very cozy, maybe the colors are like that.
