la vicinanza al centro

muffa ovunque, lenzuola e cuscini palesemente sporchi, bagno pieno di muffa e che cadeva a pezzi, la cappa di ventilazione sporca, lavandino del 1700, appartamento al piano terra con finestre che invitano la gente ad entrare, quindi impossibile aprirle, pavimenti sporchi, boiler rumorosissimo, mobili pieni di polvere, puzza di muffa probabilmente nel bagno.

"per due notti va bene ma la sera l'aria diventava irrespirabile per via della muffa, impossibile dormire con le fine"

ottima posizione, letto grande, bagno pulito

poco illuminata e arieggiata visto che è al piano terra e non è molto sicuro tenere le finestre aperte, problemi di muffa e umidità, specialmente vicino al letto

Pulizia assente Interni rovinati Assenza di una convenzione con i parcheggi della marina...un soggiorno di una settimana non può costare 100 euro a 20 euro al giorno Difficile da trovare la prima volta poiché non segnalato
