L'emplacement est parfait (parking et centre-ville à deux minutes), la propreté et la décoration sont agréables.

C'est très bien pour un court séjour, mais il faudrait un canapé-lit de meilleure qualité pour un séjour plus long.

"Ottima posizione"

Posizione perfetta. In Ztl ma con comodissimo parcheggio all'ingresso del Marina Park praticamente di fronte alla struttura ed a 200mt dall'ingresso della Metro Sarzana/Sant'Agostino. Appartamento carino e giusto per 2/3 persone (2 soli adulti o 2 adulti ed un bambino). Per un disguido abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 nel divano letto, ma per una notte ci siamo arrangiati. Ma nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente per brevi soggiorni od anche per lunghi soggiorni in massimo 2 adulti. Per 3 inizia ad essere un pò piccolino.

Puzza di fumo di sigaretta probabilmente colpa di chi ci è stato prima di noi. Da precisare bene prima dell'arrivo, nonostante nella prenotazione ci fosse ben scritto, quante persone vi andranno a stare.

La casa consistía únicamente en una habitación con una cama doble, cocina y un baño. Me decepcionó que en la web aparecen fotos del otro piso que alquilan, pero no deja nada claro que se trate de dos pisos diferentes. El que nos tocó a nosotros era muy pequeño. Echamos en falta el sofá, por ejemplo. Cumplió a pesar de todo.
