vermieter antwortet sehr schnell. lage ausgezeichnet. apartment in ordnung und sehr sauber (die kakerlaken sind störend, aber in solchen gebäuden leider kaum zu verhindern)

a) umgebung des gebäudes ist nicht einladend und unordentlich (keine schuld des vermieters) b) im studio ist ein feuermeldesensor, der ca. alle 45 sec einen kurzen grünen „blitz“ produziert. dies ist in der nacht ausserordentlich störend. (man muss selber diese praktische erfahrung gemacht haben). umplatzieren wäre die lösung.

Camera este amplasata central, aproape de obiectivele importante la care am ajuns pe jos in cateva minute. Are intrare separata, si e intr-o zona linistita ( am putut dormi cu geamul deschis fara zgomot de masini ). Este dotata cu tot ce ai avea nevoie in concediu, curatenia a fost exemplara. Recomand cu cea mai mare incredere. Se gasesc locuri de parcare in jurul blocului.

Recomand din tot sufletul, este o cazare frumos amenajata și curată cu toate facilitățile de care ai nevoie pentru sejur minunat în inima Iașului. Cu siguranță voi mai reveni !
