Modern Studio in the Heart of Iasi

Location is good. Right up the street from the Palace of Culture. Tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops nearby. Very walkable. Host was very responsive even in the middle of the night.

The entrance to the apartment is in the parking lot around the back which is very dark and isolated at night. The keys are in a lock box which does not have a touch key pad and therefore does not light up. Very hard to read at night. Unlit area. You have to walk up an outdoor flight of cement steps (again, unlit) to find the entrance and there are three keys to get in, for the door to the building and the door to the apartment. No signage and nothing is well lit. My cab driver had to help me because I do not speak Romanian and I got in in the middle of the night due to the bus schedule. He called the host on my behalf to help me figure out how to get into the apartment at 2:30 in the morning. Once I was in the apartment, I saw three cockroaches, two in the bathroom and one running under the bed. This may be a problem with the building as the apartment was very clean, but I was glad to only be there for one night.

Everything was great! The location, the full equipped kitchen and the bed was so comfortable. But most above all, the owner has been so great. He sent us a lot of locations in the city and helped us with some requirements. We would repeat without a doubt
