The apartment is well equipped with WIFI, tv, fans and aircons all in working order, water heater for 2 bathrooms. Towels and shampoo and bodywash. Cutleries and pots and pans. Theres cooking hob and washing machine available but which I did not use due to stay of only 2 nights. Large carpark. 5 mins walk to Resort World Kijal. To access RWK swimming pool is RM45 for my 3 adult kids. Not sure about children. The rows of shops nearby no longer have food establishments such as KFC or cafe etc. Have a Chinese restaurant, Mr DIY, Clinic, Pet Food, Curtain shop only. Nearest best halal restaurant is 10 mins drive to Cahaya Mesra Seafood Restaurant. With higher budget can eat at Resort World Kijal Meraga Beris restaurant for breakfast and the Hainanese restaurant for lunch/dinner and tea/cakes menu.

The apartment blocks exterior looks rundown and unkept.

Aircond in 3rd room is nit functioning, rooms are not that clean, stove should be replaced, house with strange smell
