The surrounding is not clean.it seems that the whole building is not maintained the road is not welll paved and it is a bit scary because only 4 unit in the whole block is oçcupied .one of the toilet bowl is going to tumble due to crack.the facilities in the apt is quite old but i think that surrounding should be well maintained
