Apartment Lima

Great location.

Can't contact owner in advance and before arriving. Owner does not have WhatsApp connection. Street address does not have building number. There is no any sign " Appartment Lima" around as named in the reservation. Building itself does not have number on it. We spent about 45 minutes trying to find the appartment in the evening time. Fortunately local people helped us to find knocking to the appartments around and asked. Kitchen wear is very old and exhusted. And it was dirty, not prepared to use.

Clean Very beautiful view

The apartment had an incredible view overlooking the water, which made the stay special. It was also very convenient for swimming, with easy access to the water just a short walk away.

There were visible stains on the towels and sheets, but the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. The AC struggled to cool the room, blowing only a small amount of cold air even at the lowest temperature setting. It was still manageable at night, but it didn’t provide much relief from the heat.

I had a really relaxing stay at Apartment Lima. The view from the balcony is great, I could have stayed up there much longer than I did. The host was so nice and easy to reach. She asked her husband to meet me in the street and he carried my bag up the stairs (there are quite a few stairs!!) It is an easy walk into the old town. I would be happy to visit again!!

Unfortunately, there were so many things about this apartment that really dampened our experience in Kotor: -Not cleaned properly (crumbs left in kitchen sink, hair in bathroom sink, cigarette left on balcony, stains on sheets, fridge had old food markings, bathroom shelf & toothbrush cup had dried product) -Outdated/faulty (almost every door had issues opening/closing; toilet wasn’t bolted down properly so if you leaned forward it would tip too; had to hand-hold shower head while showing as the mount was broken so the shower head spun out of control) -Hot water from all sinks but shower stopped working at night -Hand soap in bathroom was not refilled at all, it was empty from when we arrived -Blanket had no case, only a flat sheet was given -Wifi was so weak, it kept dropping out -Payment only in cash
