Apartment Lima

I am very satisfied with my stay. Unique place with a unique view of the entire bay of Kotor. Just a excellent view from the balcony. We could admire it for hours! Great location, walk about 15 minutes to the old town. Owner very nice and helpful. The apartment is nicely decorated, with all the necessary things, such as an iron and a hair dryer. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Stairs. Outdated unit. Its noisy at 3am. Someone from the top floor unit is fixing stuff at around 3am. The host's arrogant attitude when we had miscommunication about the payment. They felt so entitled and gave us the impression of kicking us out at night because i was reacting to her statements. Didnt feel like we were treated as clients. My husband apologized just to end the conversation because of the hostility they showed us. Unit is far from oldtown & it was not a pleasant walk because the road is narrow and there are a lot of cars and motors passing by.

I don't understand, why this place has so good reviews. The flat was dirty. The dishes needed to be washed before using, the fridge was sticky, i had to clean the kitchen, the bathroom was disgusting. You have the freezer there, but can't use it - it is full of ice. The chairs and the table couldn't be used without wiping. The floor...dirty. There was no Internet but i didn't report it (we had sim card) , so i don't take it into consideration. The lady came the last day and asked if everything was ok. I'm really sorry to write it, because she was shocked, that I'm not satisfied, but the flat was just dirty. I understand, that it isn't new, i don't care, but dust, oil, dirt aren't acceptable. There is a washing machine, but again... dirty. No reason to give good review. Maybe one - clean towels and bed linen.

The owners are wonderful; they answered all questions quickly and waited for us at the street to show us up to the apartment. They showed us where to park. We were sold by the beautiful view, location and value - so glad we didn't choose to stay in our near the old town. The walk to the old town is easy and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and seemed bigger than picture showed. It's not new but that's ok with us.

Wifi was spotty. But cellular worked very well. We had a tourist sim card with 500 gb data and used the phone as a hotspot.

Everything is outdated (very old furniture and equipment). The bedding and towels were good and clean, but the bathroom was very poor cleaned. The owner was not very friendly, only strictly business. Maybe because it's the end of the season, but for this price I expected a bit better.

Excellent location. Finding an apartment was not difficult. We arrived early and had no problems with check-in. Great view from the balcony to the bay. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus it's a perfectly working washing machine and a table on the balcony. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

The most splendid view l have ever seen, very nice location facing Kotor city but walking there is only about 20 minutes. Really nice host, kind and flexible. We parked the car at the port and found a tiny narrow alley with stairs leading up to the building we recognised from the photos, otherwise no indication at all, so have a good look at the house on the picture.

Pillow too hard and tall, very uncomfortable. No real blanket only a sheet, although it was cold already and doors don't close properly. No small bedside or any kind of smaller lamp only the ceiling one so if the guests don't want to sleep at the same moment it's complicated. Small things missing, which could be resolved with small effort, like garbage bin in the bathroom, and any type of hanger for towels. Not enough plugs, which could be solved with a distributor.

The view was amazing- one of the most impresive I’ve ever seen. Bed sheets and towels were super fresh and regular changed. I miss that place already.
