B39 - Marina Hill Apartment

Very spacious , loved having a balcony that had good seating to chill out on . Two bathrooms which is ideal so everyone is not using the same one. Fully equipped kitchen area. Easy access with a baby , as the lift is in front of the door. Good quality TV and WiFi.

The main issue was comfort. The beds are really hard and they only give you one pillow which is basically 2D lol. When we asked for more , they said they only provide one pillow per guest. The sofa is really ununcomfortable too and doesn't go with the apartment at all being a bright blue. There are also no pillows for the sofa. The fluffy blankets and outdoor cushions need washing as they have stains on and a musty smell . The toilet roll they give you is cheap and only get one roll in each bathroom (we were staying for 8 days with 4 guests). We only had one towel each and there were no hand towels or kitchen towels (until we asked). There were basic things missing in the kitchen like salt & pepper , kitchen roll , bin bags etc ... There's also no recycle bags / bins , so you end up putting everything in general waste. The communication isn't the best either , and replies take a while as it's done through an agency. Overall it could do with modernising / TLC.

The apartment is great and so is the condominium. Very safe, with green spaces, great pool area.

We found a lot of hair in the bathroom. Likely from the previous guest

Very noisy apartment directly above with a large dog that barked late at night and early morning , and exactly the same with the noisy apartment directly below and next door as well, both with noisy dogs......put a real downer on our stay.

Very comfortable and comfortable apartment, well located and clean!
