B17 - The Stunning Seaview Apartment

The location is excellent, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants

The apartment is poorly equipped, very limited in the kitchen, the dw was dirty, all dishes and silverware in the cupboards were dirty, no recycling bins, and no beach towels. They provided coffeemaker, but no filters. Really, you do not want to buy a pack of filters for a 3 night stay. There is only one pot and a bunch of really old, scratched pans. No ventilation in the bathrooms. One bathroom had jacuzzi, which was hard to take a shower in, the water will not drain, another bath was so tiny, you can hardly turn around, it had a shower though, but with no ventilation. We had to take a shower with an open door. The door wouldn't even close fully, very inconvenient, since we traveled with friends . It was super hard to find a parking spot. Be prepared to drive around and pray for luck. The apartment we rented has no love, dressers half broken, old rags in the closets. It's not a relaxing way to spend a vacation.

Location is very good. The apartment is good, it's big, has 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, comfortable. The price is also good for what you get.

The floor was not very clean. The check in method is very bad, you can easily get stuck in a 30min queue. The check in window is very narrow and you have to pay more to check in late. However for check out they came before the agreed time...

The location was great, was very close to the old city and to the beach. was easy to reach supermarkets and restaurants. The view from window was perfect. The apartment was clean!

1. The check-in is in another place, which is far from the apartment. We had to stand in a queue for check-in , that is very uncomfortable when you are with children and after a long trip. 2. The service was very bad, there were several problems in the apartment, but no one came to fix. Communication with the support team was bad. They do not answer booking.com messages, I had to call them, but no one came to fix the problems 3. The apartment (especially the kitchen) was full of ants. 4. Shower cabin was brocken. During shower water stucked ... simply not comfortable 5. The toilet door's handle was brocken .... and a lot of other things were brocken/old....

Apartment was amazing, clean, air-conditioned. Conveniently located and had a great view. When checking out, just left keys on the table then went.

Shower was a bit small and there were no cleaning products if you wanted to clean the apartment. Only 1 rubbish bag per bin and only 1 towel each. Had to collect keys from an office 1.6km away with everyone else collecting keys at 4pm too so had to line up and wait a while. Had to dispose of our own rubbish after check out. The address is for where the apartment was facing, so when we booked a shuttle to pick us up, we gave him technically the wrong address, even though it was the one provided to us.

Sea view is great and very walkable to the middle of old town.

Building, elevator and apartment need an overhaul. Decor is weird, beds and sofas were not comfortable, was annoying that we had to pick up the keys at a different location than the property, and the entry way to the building was dirty. The keys were not labeled so didn’t know which key to use to get into the building. Check in time is late and check out time is too early.

The view was the only good thing about this property. Everything else was not as was advertised and it was a very disappointing experience. The photos used are not a correct representation of the property and appear to be taken years earlier. Much of the decor is gone or different making it a very unwelcoming place. The apartment was poorly cleaned with our feet being blackened from walking on the floors and the shower was not clean. There were marks on the walls, broken door handles and sink drains. The hairdryer was absolutely hopeless. Both showers were hopeless, one had a hand held shower over the bath, the other was such a small shower it was impossible to use. We didn't use the spa as the plug didn't work and I wasn't sure it it was clean enough to use. You also had to go under the sink to turn it on, which didn't seem very safe. There was a broken curtain rod in the kitchen area just hanging over the cabinets, no BBQ as in the photos, no amenities, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent Nothing! The apartment was on the 4th floor and of the two lifts only one worked the whole four days we were there. Then one day the other didn't work but thankfully it was fixed within a few hours. The location is not as ideal as indicated. It was quite a walk down into the town and beachfront. This place was the worst presented we have ever stayed in whilst using Bookings.com for over 10 years for many stays. Don't stay here, there are much better places and the view here just isn't enough to compensate for the frustrating and poor experience.

Only the view, everything else was terrible.

This apartment worked very nicely for 4 adults. The view from the patio was amazing, and where we spent lots of time. The beds are very firm. Ok for 1 couple, a little too firm for the other. The shower is a little small. One couple is very tall, so it was a little hard for them. The other couple didn't have an issue. Washer worked great. 2 drying racks on the other patio were great.

Air conditioning is in the living room, which made the rooms on the other side of the apartment warm at night with the windows closed to avoid bugs. However, there were nice breezes thru apartment during the day. Very convenient 3-4 minute walk to town.
