B17 - The Stunning Seaview Apartment

The property was lovely, as described. The location was excellent for us.

I’m not happy we had to go out off our way to the Dream Algave Office to pick up keys and sign documents, while keeping our taxi driver waiting. Also, a two bedroom rental with 2 couples, I would expect 2 sets of Keys, not 1. This made it challenging to for us several times during our stay. A keyless entry would be ideal, or a least a 2nd set of keys.

You definitely need a car to get the keys - the check-in/ key pickup is pretty far from the apartment. We had a rental car, so for us it was not a big deal. We did love having free parking just outside. The location is great! Nice short walk to restaurants, museums and shops. The apartment does look pretty stunning on the photos, and because of that the reality was somewhat disappointing... It's not bad by any means - clean and very quiet - but it's nothing fancy. I wouldn't complain if the photos were not "glamour shots".

The apartment was so cold that it took laundry (nothing thick or heavy!) 2 days to dry, despite placing the drying racks in front of the (not very efficient) living room heater. We found 1 electric heater on the veranda and thankfully got 1 of the bedrooms warm. There really should be a 2nd portable heater for the other bedroom as well. And preferably a 3rd one for the living room. The door of 1 bedroom sticks and can only be closed and opened by pushing it very hard. That makes a lot of noise, especially in the middle of the night. Couldn't figure out how to drain the water from the Jacuzzi. The nob that usually opens and closes the drain just doesn't turn. The kitchen is well equipped - but there is no coffee or tea. It would make a huge difference to have a few of the most basic things provided to the guests...

Very good location, with a great view and relatively close to Lagos.

The condo was absolutely amazing. The Seaview the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and great balcony it was an excellent condo!! The location was perfect!! We really enjoyed our stay!!
