Ideal situation, comfortable apartment.

Street noise, but to be expected in properly in this location

bed in main bedroom very bumpy even a topper would probably make a big difference. grill does not work properly on cooker only outer element heats up.

It was in a great location and close to everything we needed

Thicker curtains the light came through the curtains and woke us up this is the only downfall of the apartment but was lovely stay

Clear and easy to follow instructions to find and access the property. Any queries were answered quickly by Marc. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of Largs with plenty of parking. (Wasn't the busiest weekend so this may differ) We only stayed one night so never really used the facilities but it's well set up for a longer stay.

The windows don't really mask any outside sounds so on a Saturday night it was a bit noisy.

Dirty in places inside of cupboards, work surfaces etc. dishes and cups sticky and greasy....food left from previous occupants in fridge....bed clothes and towels haf a slightly damp smell matress in double room very very poor quality

Location was amazing

The location and apartment was perfect for people wanting a boozy night out in Largs. That was not us unfortunately. The communication with the host was very good and the instructions were clear. The building has the potential to be beautiful, it has large rooms with high ceilings and original features.

This felt like a very unloved apartment. The curtains kept out non of the early light, the windows kept out non of the noise. It smelled, not bad, but just old. There no lock on the bathroom door it wasn't very clean. There was an item of something left in the washing machine in stale smelly water. The coffee provided was rock hard and stuck to the coffee cannister. The sofas are very old and don't look very clean. The mattresses are cheap and had a plastic cover on them which I hate as it creates a damp feeling in bed. The decor is bad. Possibly from early 90s! Wallpaper in bathroom & kitchen. The entranceway is in poor condition. Host messaged asking for any negative comments not to be put on review but to let him know, but all my points have been made before (in previous reviews) and nothing has been done.
