La cama comoda y el parking. El entorno con supermercado y locales variados de restauracion

La cocina necesita renovacion y el menaje un tanto descuidado . El sofa bastantei incomodo y algo deteriorado.

El paring es lo mejor de este lugar, comodo tener el parking space dentro del edificio. La ubicación también esta bastante bien. Varios lugares para comer en la misma cuadra y zona

En todos los otros alojamientos que había lavarropas nos dejaron aunque sea algo de jabon para la ropa. En este nada. Algunas cosas de la casa necesitan un poco de renovación. Vajilla cachada, la cocina bastante desprolija. El mueble del baño oxidado, dando aspecto de desmejorado. Con una renovación y algunos cambios sería mas agradable.

Absolutamente todo. La atención de Elisa es para destacar, si bien nos manejamos solamente por WhatsApp, siempre estuvo atenta y diligente incluso desde antes del ingreso , con total predisposición ante cualquier consulta o necesidad . Incluso nos permitió ingresar antes a nuestra llegada y retirarnos más tarde a nuestro egreso Muchas Gracias Elisa !!!.  La ubicación,  ideal para visitar LECCE a solo 10 minutos a pie . Estratégicamente ubicada para visitar en auto el resto de lugares de interés ( Otranto Santa María de Leuca,  Galipplli, etc incluso los pueblos del interior) La facilidad y comodidad del estacionamientp privado en el edificio.... en fin , pasamos 3 días maravillosos.. Altamente recomendable

Op loopafstand van historisch centrum . Goed restaurant onder appartement. Rustig. Vriendelijke beheerders.

Jammer geen lekkere stoelen op balkon. Douchekop kon niet worden opgehangen.

Appartement nouveau, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, lumineux, agréable, aménagé avec goût, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Ascenseur, climatisation, vraie cuisine, balcons. Emplacement pas trop loin du centre, zone tranquille, bien desservie, avec de nombreux restaurants/pizzérias et magasins/supermarchés. Propriétaire particulièrement gentille et à l’écoute.
