A beautiful apartment , super location , super private parking , excellent communications

Communication was absolutely good. We received a detailed and useful description of what we needed to know. I would just add that the key box is placed on the handrail towards the small gate to the parking lot, which is to the left of the main entrance. Luckily someone had already written about it in one of the reviews and so it was easier for us to find. On arrival everyone is usually excited and sometimes nothing is clear enough, so I have described this in more detail. The apartment is very nicely decorated, cosy, it was a nice feeling to be here. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. The room and bathroom are a nice size. The only thing that needs a correction is the shower. A shower rod holder would be nice, as well as a holder for the bath things (shower gel, shampoo etc). The living room is spacious. The view is very pleasant. The balcony was not used because of the heat. There is a pizzeria on the lower floor of the house with a garden area. We found it very interesting how popular it is even on weekday evenings, young people seem to really like the place. With the windows closed the restaurant noise was not disturbing at all. Parking in the house's enclosed courtyard is perfect. There is often space available on the street. The apartment is very well located for walks in the old town. We highly recommend this accommodation.

I can only recommend the apartment. It is perfect. You can reach the old town very quickly on foot. A small supermarket is just around the corner and Elsia has a few good restaurant tips.

Property was all as described, private parking, plenty of food nearby and a short walk into the centre.

Modern, spacious, very clean apartment on the third floor with an elevator, less than 10 min walk to Porta di Napoli entrance into the old city. A day trip to Otramto was very nice. Secure gated parking in the back of the building. All very well maintained.

Lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location - short walk to the centre plus lots of great shops in the immediate area. We really valued the warm welcome, secure parking, AC, balcony and comfy bed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a short stay in Lecce.

We found that the shower tray leaked onto the bathroom floor, and there were some ants in the kitchen but neither of these things ruined the stay.
