Super comfortable large bed. Great facilities, everything you could need for a break cant speak highly enough of the breakfast, and snacks from the fresh produce to the local honey. We feasted like kings. Lovely shower and toiletries . Everything needed in a spotless apartment.

The drive entrance could do with better signage we took a wrong turn a couple of times. It is also a little tricky turning right out to the driveway. Maybe a mirror would help.

Lovely little cottage/Annexe. The breakfast provisions were very generous, with nice home made jam and honey. Facilities were very good, with everything you may need for a short stay.

The walls between us and the owners house were quite thin so you could hear conversations quite clearly, which made one feel a bit on edge/uncomfortable and felt the need to creep around and be quiet, so not able to fully relax.

Compact, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely upstairs living and kitchen area with comfy seating and excellent views. Kitchen well equipped with combination cooker and microwave. Dishwasher. Comprehensive welcome pack allows you to enjoy breakfast without having to get supplies. Owners (on site) friendly but unobtrusive. Really comfortable bed (downstairs) and excellent wet room style bathroom. We used Marshlands as a base for visiting Glyndebourne and will definitely be returning. It suited us very well. Would recommend it.

A little bit awkward identifying the correct drive on arrival! Smoke alarm very sensitive (which is good to know, for the most part...) so I rudely awakened everyone when making toast. We didn't use the washing machine or television so cannot comment on those.
