The annex was very clean, with great facilities. The owner was very helpful, and checking in and leaving was very simple. I would certainly recommend people stay here.

I loved how clean everything was, the place had such a homely feeling to it and was decorated nicely! There is plenty of space and I also loved the little garden attached to the Annex. Beautiful surroundings and the area was so quiet. It's definitely somewhere I'd love to book again in the future!

The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the shower due to the water pressure.

The Annex was brilliant. Host left a box of chocolates for us while I thought was lovely very clean, well equipped home from home Would definitely go again. And highly recommend

"Was like home away from home, was near mablethorpe and cleethorpes and plenty of places to visit."

Lovely little place, had everything we needed, host left some biscuits for us which were lovely, we could control the heating, and wasn’t too far from Donna nook so we could go and see the seals. Also there was a co-op nearby for anything we needed.

Didn’t really have anything to complain about.
