Coastal Annex at Saltfleet

Home from home ,Lovely property ,enough space for 2 cars, nice & clean plenty of room for 4 people in an ideal location as we were at Cadwell park. Joanne met us & showed us round which was a nice touch & even left us some chocolates. We Would gladly stay again

Nothing ,we wanted to book same time next year but it’s fully booked up which says it all really.

Super location close to the beach. The property is a perfect little place to stay for a short break. Amazingly clean and nicely stocked with a few extra bonuses from the host like a bag of Heros chocolates on arrival.

Would be nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine, my fault for not reading the properties facilities list well enough. Also missed hand soap too....

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Annex. We are a family of 4 and felt completely at home, we had everything we could have needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The Annex was immaculately clean, well furnished and comfortable. Plenty of space and a really well thought out layout. A lovely private garden space with room for our children to run around, plus space to sit out with a coffee. Our children were especially pleased to find cookies waiting for them in the kitchen on arrival! So thoughtful. Jo-Anne was welcoming and so helpful in arranging our arrival and stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and with family living nearby we will definitely be back!

We were met by the property owners who had been great at keeping in touch before we arrived. We were shown around and made to feel very welcome. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. Good light throughout and plenty of space with comfortable sofas. The kitchen on the whole was well equipped although there is no freezer and only a small fridge. The sun trap garden to the rear is lovely and parking on the drive to the front of the property ensures easy access. The accommodation is in a super location and we walked from the door on most days to the nature reserve. Nearby shops are excellent and Louth well worth a visit.

Although we were aware that there was no freezer when we booked it would have been useful to have had a freezer if we had have stayed longer. The hosts were very accommodating and did freeze our freezer blocks but access to a small freezer would definitely make a difference for us as I need to cook daily due to having a special diet.

Location is excellent for getting out and about in the Lincolnshire countryside and the beach and sea is only minutes by car. Village has some nice pubs to walk to.
