The Coastal Annex was perfect, it was very clean and in a beautiful location. It's just what me and my husband needed. We will certainly going back . Jo-anne and her husband are lovely people.

Very nice comfortable place to unwind especially in the winter. Close to the coast and a few great pubs in the area too. Living accommodation is bright and tastefully furnished. Parking straight outside with a private garden area, would be nice on a summer’s evening

Nothing to dislike at all. The photos on here don’t do the place justice at all .

The location is ideal for links to all nearby towns such as Mablethorpe and Louth. It is close to the beach, local pub and shop. The accommodation was beautifully clean and well equipped and private.

"A nice stay"

Gorgeous little annex with big bedroom in the roof. Lovely bright windows downstairs to do crafting, if that's your thing. Very lovely host who gave us the key and quickly showed us round, then wished us safe travels after leaving. Lovely sunset views, and don't forget to look up at the stars at night. Chip shop 10 minute walk away. Little village shop has a wide range of food and other items, or there is a Co-op 5 minutes drive away. I recommend The Haven if you like bird spotting.

Could have done with a few cleaning supplies as I felt a bit nervous about spilling something, or leaving a mess, with only toilet paper or dish sponge available. Could also feel the bed springs but I'm a side sleeping skinny minnie, so could just be me!

Beautiful location, looking over fields. Own parking place. Owner met me with keys, even though she had given me the key code and showed me around, couldn’t have been nicer, very knowledgeable about the area and events happening locally. The owner had contacted me before our arrival to inform me it was ready to go into earlier than time arranged if we should need to, and asked if we wanted a bottle of wine putting into the fridge. We couldn’t have been welcomed any better from her. The place was clean and tidy, with all appliances supplied, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker….

Nothing it was perfect.

Warm welcome from the host with a delicious box of chocolates Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be returning.
