Dario is an amazing host. The apartment was decorated beautifully and they thought of everything you might need. We will definitely stay there again when returning to Lucca.

We loved everything ! The location, within the walls of Lucca . The apartment was only few steps from the walls. The apartment was spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, a back patio area where we were able to have our breakfast, air conditioners and so much more. The host Dario was truly amazing. He was able to help us when we needed help, he offered great suggestions for groceries, restaurants and art. We will definitely book this amazing apartment when we return to Lucca.

We loved everything

Fantastic location with everything provided for and lovely hosts. It is a real ‘ home from home’ and the hosts have gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their communication was excellent with great recommendations - I cannot praise this property and location enough - we will come back as Lucca is also charming with lots to do and see.

Everything was great!

I can honestly say that this has been one of the best self catering apartments we have stayed in. The location was amazing, straight onto the walls. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment in Lucca. Lovely and comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was a bonus too. The owners are very informative and helpful. Thank you.

Having to leave at the end of the holiday!

Host Dario was welcoming us like friends and was very helpful with recommendations for Lucca. The apartment is in an historic house right off the famous ringed wall of Lucca. In walking distance of everything. Parking is outside the walls and a bit of a trek with the luggage unless you buy a pass to park within the historic zone. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, full kitchen, full bathroom.

Would have preferred if the blankets and bed linens for the third person sleeping o the couch would have been placed on the couch instead of having to search for them in the wardrobes. Same with the towels. But all was there and of great quality.

Owner was most accommodating. Dario did everything he could to make our stay at his apartment and in Lucca as very pleasant. Apartment had all amenities as described in the listing. Bed was very comfortable, bed linens & towels in great, basically new, condition. Patio at back of apartment nice to enjoy outside time. Kitchen well equipped for preparing breakfast and other meals (although we didn’t use them other than for breakfasts). Great wifi service. Dario arranged taxi to pick us up when we were leaving Lucca by train.

Chairs around table and seating area were not very comfortable. We told Dario and his response was very positive - he is planning to change the chairs and lounge furniture.

Everything about the location is fabulous, close to Everything you need from restaurants, supermarkets, gelato shop 😀 etc. Dario and marina are absolutely lovely 😍 they kept Intouch with us and gave us so much information to make our stay go smoothly..if you have WhatsApp they send you all information you may need. Thank you Dario and marina for making our Holiday a wonderful time...

We loved everything about this place. The location so close to the city wall was great, with little noise even though it is a ground floor apartment. It was lovely to come back to relax after long days out to recuperate before heading out for the evening. It really was a home away from home. Quite a big apartment with a great kitchen and lounge area, and a lovely courtyard at the back. There is even a clothes line outside for washing. The owners are very friendly and very helpful with local information. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars close by. As Lucca is a walled city, nothing is really too far away. Lucca was one of our favourite cities on this trip, and this apartment just added to that experience.
