The area seemed abit rough, other residents in building abit rude and the shop(costcutter)below needed security guard.

The proximity to the town centre and being next to a small supermarket. The apartment in two floors.

Was disappointed that I had same problem as before with keybox, only this time code was changed on morning of my day of arrival and I didn't get email as my phone was on flight mode.

Kitchen and bathroom were dirty and bathroom was very smelly of drains

Lots of space for a family for a couple of nights (compared to a hotel room). Great to have a fully equipped kitchen including oven and washing machine/tumble dryer

Das Treppengeländer war wackelig und stellte ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spärlich - es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Müslischalen. Das Schlafsofa für die fünfte Person war nicht vorbereitet. Beim Ausklappen fanden wir zudem ein Paar gebrauchte Socken - ein eindeutiges Zeichen unzureichender Reinigung. Der Waschbeckenabfluss war verstopft und musste auf unsere Nachfrage hin erst repariert werden. Die Wohnung war insgesamt nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Einrichtung entsprach nicht den Fotos auf Booking.com - - viele Möbel waren abgewohnt oder beschädigt.

We opted for this place as it was a 10 minute drive to Chessington world of adventures We found it to be very clean and tidy. It was a great night's sleep and felt safe. We were happy to find teabags and the instructions are thorough.

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and there were lots of food stains on the cover. Also, the window in the downstairs bedroom randomly opened itself with a gust of wind.
