"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in gepflegter Anlage."

Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Ort mit Supermarkt und guter Pizzeria ganz in der Nähe. Trotzdem ruhig. Anlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Sonnig und hell mit zwei Balkonen. Fensterläden gegen die Wärme. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Viele Hand- und Badetücher. Sehr guter Service durch das Vermietungsbüro.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Wärmere Decken und ein Infomappe sollten da sein, fehlten aber zunächst (wurde aber sofort behoben 🙂). Seife im (leeren) Seifenspender. Ein Handfeger. Check-in war recht kompliziert (zunächst online inkl. Selfie und Ausweisfoto), dann nochmal per WhatsApp mit Personalausweis bzw. im Büro. Ggf. ist das in Italien bei Vermittlungsbüros ohne Personal beim Objekt aber üblich?

Huoneisto oli rauhallisella alueella, siisti, nykyaikainen, hyvin varusteltu ja turvallinen. 4 hengen perhe mahtui majoittumaan erinomaisesti. Autolle oli myös oma autokatospaikka. Huoneiston henkilökunta olivat erittäin ystävällisiä, auttavaisia ja vieraanvaraisia.

Jätteiden kierrätys / keräys ei ollut helpoin ratkaisu. Olisin kaivannut jätteiden kierrätyspistettä huoneistojen pihapiiriin tai lähistölle.

Comfy beds. Good shutters. Smart TV for kids. Coffee machine. Covered parking

Sprinklers flooded patio. Broken toilet door in B10 in 2025 Too many pool rules policed by owner residents that really weren't happy that the apartments were being rented to holiday makers
