Inserito in centro, vicino a tante attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono i punti di forza dell'appartamento.

Il quartiere multietnico (in cui l'unica popolazione poco rappresentata è proprio l'italiana), non fa una buonissima impressione di sicurezza, ma devo ammettere che tolte alcune situazioni serali al limite, non c'è stato alcun problema.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not what I expected at all. The location felt unsafe, especially at night, with many street people loitering, talking loudly, and wandering around outside. It made coming and going uncomfortable and stressful. Even worse, I found mosquitoes in my bed, which completely ruined both my day and night. I did not expect this from an apartment complex of this category, and it seriously affected my sleep and overall comfort

A lakás alapvetően rendben van, tiszta és rendezett.

Az utca zaja teljesen behallatszik a lakásba, ami éjszaka nagyon zavaró. Rengeteg szírénázásra és kiabálásra ébredtünk. Érkezésemkor azzal szembesültem, hogy etnikai összetétéle alapján leginkább afrikai bevándorlók lakják,amit azért illet volna megemlíteni. Nem éreztem magam biztonsában, az utcán folyamatosan szembesültem drogfogyasztással, mocsokkal és húgyszaggal. A környéken dolgozó helyi lakosok figyelmeztettek, hogy este ne sétálgassunk, és egyedül ne is menjek ki. Korábban visszaadtam a szállást, a tulaj nem akarja visszafizetni az el nem töltött éjszakák árát.

So,where to start. It is an 8 from 10. The apartment is was very good located for aur visiting plan,because each day we took the train to another destination. In the reviews, people talk about the insecurity on the street where the apartment is,but it's not that bad, we've always been together and the advice is just don t walk alone. Overall the apartment was good(the price was very good and the location excellent,, the beds are comfortable and big) but not good enough for us,and why, just read below

The first inconvenient it was that in the apartment was really cold(16-17°) and the only heating device is an AC in the living room. The bigger inconvenient is that the boiler was to small and we didn t have worm water(and a say worm ,not hot water)enough for 4 persons. The whole period we only took 2 minutes shower( just 2 minutes) 2 persons and than whait for 30 minutes ( for the boiler to heat the water)so the other 2 persons to take a shower. The cleanliness was only superficial, tufts of dust came out from under the furniture( that was not a truly inconvenient for us) There was not a coffee machine like in the description And the last one,is that we have only one pair of towels per person for the entire week

I like the flat and the location a lot. The host was super friendly and helpful. The front door of the building is made in steel and can be a bit noisy when people come in and out. But did not disturb me on my sleep.

Everything with the apartment is nice except the location. Host was great and super helpful with everything. It was one of the cheapest apartments to book at that moment. It is near the city center so that is also a plus :)

We didn’t feel safe as it is in the really dangerous neighbourhood where there is lots of drug selling and sketchy people.
