Beautiful city center apartments in Ghent near medieval castle

It was in the center o the city which was perfect. You could see the castle through the windows in the living room. The space was large and spacious. Very tidy and cozy as well. Definitely worth staying in.

Amazing location. Right in the heart of the old town. Lift access was great for young families with strollers. Host was very responsive.

The bathroom was really inconvenient. There was no working shower and although the host said we could take a bath instead there was no bath plug. We couldn’t have a shower for our entire stay! The host knew it was broken beforehand but didn’t tell us in advance which I believe is unfair. The bathroom ceilings are also very low above the bathtub so very easy to hit your head. The property also generally needs some work - mould in bathroom, chipping paint. The roof terrace was beautiful but had a broken floor board which both my mum and son tripped into - it should have been cordoned off.

The shower was broken and we couldn't connect the owner on the provided contract no. Otherwise it would have been 10/10

Perfectly located. A number of good restaurants a short walk away. The apartment was well setup for two couples to relax in the shared space, and have a bit of separation. Lots of personality in the architecture and furnishings. We loved it.

The tub tile grout was not clean. The paint above the tub had a lot of water damage. The shower hose was broken. The tub needed a plug.

Amazing flat with perfect location and views.

The location was great! Walking distance to many restaurants, all the major tourist stops, and super convenient walk from the recommended parking garage.

It was just a little noisy as the accommodation is in a popular area but that was expected for the location. Still worth the stay.
