Studio apartment SOL

We were met by the owner's father, Karlo, by the side of the road to direct us to our apt. He was very nice and gave us a brief tour, explaining, remotes, etc. The apartment was very clean and looked like the photos. We would come back again.

Karlos was a super host and also a gentleman. He welcomed us and detailed everything from transport,locations, restaurants, and beaches. Its an amazing location to stay with Fig ,olive, pomegranates , peaches, grapes grown around. We also saw a platter of freshly plucked all these farm fruits in our room and chocolates as we entered. Figs were the most delicious ones haha because its my favourite.Karlos also had a bottle of self prepared grape wine for us chilled in the fridge, it tasted great. There is a local beach access too.The room is well equipped with all the amenities as mentioned. Alongside the highlight is great view and the room has brochures( all info to travel around ) and timetables of buses. Cant forget to mention, there lives a cute cat too. This did not feel like we stayed with the accommodation business, it gave a feel of a far of family visit and stay.Highly recommend the hosts.

Google maps isnt accurate since its a local road ,The cab dropped us 100 mtrs apart from the location whilst the hosts are great people so shouldn't be a hassle to find way .

The owners are awesome people and mr. Carlo will ensure that you will have a great holiday at their place and he helps you with all kinds of information. Everything was perfect : the room, the view, the garden, the beach close to the property, and we even received fruits, wine and bottled water at the start of the holiday. Mr Carlo doesn't just give you a space to stay, it also offers a way of croatian living and I say this within my heart. Ps : thank you again for the plants, especially for the rosemary! They have a special place in my garden. And i hope "The pig" is doing fine, also! Best regards!

We stayed only 5 days :(

Heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Een fruitschaal met heerlijk fruit en een goed gevulde koelkast met een bijzonder lekker alcoholische drankje dat past bij de vijgen die wij kregen. Dicht bij Dubrovnik met de bus prima te doen, bushalte voor de deur.

The bed is great, the view, the cleanliness, the greenery around, the friendly staff... everything was great.

Very helpful and kind host. Beautiful, clean and cosy apartment. It was well equipped and had a wonderful view from private terrace.

The cleaning ,the view and everything was perfect , the perfect location , at night we can hear the sea and was beyond perfect I will recommend this place for sure

Fabulous! Well positioned, great view, peaceful, well equipped, clean and tidy. Was a pity we could only stay one night. great hosts and very helpful and friendly.
