Studio apartment SOL

The place is perfect - clean, comfy, close to beach, with great sea view. The host was super friendly, he gave us clear instructions on how to reach the place, where to park, and what to see nearby. You can reach the closest beach in 5 mins by some steps down the hill. Also Dubrovnik is very close, we visited it by bus nr10.

It was perfect for us. The studio was spotlessly clean, very tastefully equipped. The view over the bay was exceptional, hosts were wonderful. Thank you!

The location is very close to the bus station for Dubrovnik. The staff was very nice. Has an amazing view towards the sea with a great balcony with nice shade. The room is equipped with a lot of amenities ( washing machine, AC, kitchen, cutlery)

Property is set in a wonderful location for those who like peace & quiet, yet the main road & number 10 bus connections to both Dubrovnik & the lovely Cavtat are literally steps away. We especially enjoyed eating simple meals on the balcony, from where you can view the water & coast beyond and going for late afternoon dips on the secluded beach via the steps not far from the property. We also walked to the nearby Mlini beaches & enjoyed an evening meal at one of the restaurants there. The host family were so very generous & on hand to help if needed. We spent a fabulous 6 nights here & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The apartment very nice, big balcony, kitchen, bedroom with comfortable bed, all utilities available in the kitchen and bathroom, even back garden with barbecue. View from the room amaizing. Very quiet place for lovely relax, for couples. The apartment only 250 steps to the private beach. Bus stop near apartment, bus No 10 will bring you to the Cavtat and u can buy some food in the supermarket or eat in restaurants there. Same bus no 10 u can visit Mlini and also go to Dubrovnik old town only €2.90 per person, 15 min only and u are in Dubrovnik old town, worth to visit . Shopping centre near Mlini Konzum where u can buy food and clothes, only 5 min by bus no 10. 15 min drive to Cavtat or 30 min to walk to Mlini. U can rent a car €60 per day or motorbike €37 per day and see more places around. It's better if u rent a car or motorbike (nearest Cavtat). The owners Karlo, Bozhenka and Luka are so helpful, Bozhenka brought us to Cavtat first day when we arrived. We've tried lovely herbs liquor which one made Karlo. Also we got a lovely wine, chocolates and local peaches when we arrived. Lovely family apartment ❤️We are really enjoyed our stay there. Definitely recommend 👍💞

I should start with the owner for sure. They are an awesome host. I did book this place at the last minute. and I found the best, if I may say. I was coming a bit earlier than the check-in time. They invited me to sit at their veranda and served me with juice and lunch. We have a good chat with the father and son while the mother is cleaning my room. Because I fell in love with their kindness and the room for sure, I wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately, it wasn't available 💔. Thank you so much for your great hospitality. Forgot to mention that the view from the room is also pretty awesome.

I had a great time at this apartment. The apartment belongs to a very kind couple. They left sweets, wine and juice for me in the room. They were excellent hosts. Their son helped me with lot of questions on how to get around. I had such peaceful sleeps on the days I stayed there. The location was perfect, away from Dubrovnic’s crowd and very near to airport. I was picked and dropped by them at a very nominal price. Overall a great experience!
