Break Water Point Penthouse 7th Floor

Location was great, spacious rooms, beautiful pool, excellent security, view of the ocean from master bedroom and living room. The terrace was large overlook the pool, ocean and river. We would rent it again!!!

As an ex realtor, and someone who has cared for Airbnb owners., the cleaning staff should have noticed that the lent vents arent cleaned every time the Samsung dryer is used. It wouldn't dry clothes without several runs. I cleaned burnt on lent and sand etc in the dryer, could have caused a fire. I own the same washer/dryer. I cleaned it and dried okay. The air return vents had not been cleaned in a while. The hair dryer in the master bathroom wall does not work at all.

They did not provide breakfast in over all it was ok.

We noticed that the floors were filthy dirty they were sticky and just plain dirty the restrooms smelled like straight urine they left the drier full of linens and towels they didn’t fold them or anything I would have loved a better experience unfortunately I had to go get a mop and I had to clean the restrooms my self

Très bien situé ! Au calme et résidence agréable . Parking sécurisée. Piscină superbe et une belle vue sur la plage.

El lugar no es familiar ya que todas las noches Los olares que llegan del consumo de marihuana es muy fuerte por lo que para los niños es muy incómodo

We rented 2 apartments because we had a total of 15 people. The pictures and descriptions didn't show that there were not enough beds for 15. But Roger solved our problem with air mattresses. It worked out.
