Break Water Point Penthouse 7th Floor

Safe and quiet and no problems

The property itself was nice and well maintained and right off the beach.

What I didn’t like about the property was that my reservation said three bedrooms with a living room and I only got the three bedrooms and when I contacted the owner, they told me that I did not rent the other half of the apartment which has another two bedrooms, which would equal five bedrooms, but I do not want a five bedroom. I wanted a three bedroom And the way the booking shows an entire apartment with a living room as well and the owner said that was booking.coms fault. They did offer me a refund, but at that point we had already traveled from the US unloaded got the car got settled and who can find a last-minute hotel at 6pm. The master bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub was not used because it was moldy so that could use better cleaning and the towels could be cleaner as well new batteries for the remotes. other than that it was fine.

The penthouse was very spacious. It was more than enough room for everyone with a sensational view!

Great views

The owners were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t run our card. We could have also paid in cash. It was hard to pay them they wanted to use an app that was third party. Then at 730 at night suddenly demanded payment They were even harrassing and threatening to throw us out if we didn’t pay through the app at 730 at night. They could have run our card or been paid in cash. At the end we gave the very kind security gaurd the cash while on video for proof of payment. I live in limon coast rica and travel extensively ive never been treated so poorly.

There were maintenance & housekeeping issues. Appliances needed maintaining. The dishwasher was broken, the washer machine leaked. Dust noted in several area. The housekeeper did return to address the dust. The sliding door lock broke in the living space broke. Entry door code found to open two apartments. Positive: great space for multiple people. Up to date bathrooms, nice size bedroom. Beds slept well. Great security, and location. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable, beautiful view and great access to the beach.

The refrigerator in apartment 703 was not cooling.
